Soji is a graduate engineer with 3+ years of experience in field engineering projects. His experience and interests cover power, electronics, and engineering, project management, safety administration, and general engineering management practices.
Prior to joining RED Universal, Soji worked with Ephraim Technologies Nigeria Ltd as an Off-grid Development Engineer and Winmax Technologies as an Electrical Service Engineer. At both firms, he developed highly effective solar PV system designs for commercial and residential projects and supervised installations ensuring all design procedures were followed as prescribed.
Alongside these experiences, he is also the Founder and Managing Director of JIT Power Solutions, a startup company on its way to maturity. Soji is skilled in the design of solar PV systems using HOMER, PVsyst, AutoCAD; energy auditing and design calculations; electrical wiring and installation; and has vast on-site electrical engineering experience.
He is a certified Safety Supervisor (OSHA Standard), has a Proficiency Certificate in Management with the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and is also a certified Project Management Professional. Soji holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
